Supporting adults, couples, teenagers and children
Over 15 years of professional experience

Support for anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties and self-worth, and a wide range of other personal difficulties.

Support with anxiety, emotional regulation, confidence, school-related stress, family changes such as parental separation, and other challenges affecting wellbeing.

Emotional and behavioural support for children experiencing anxiety, big emotions, changes at home such as parental separation, and other difficulties, using developmentally appropriate, play-based approaches.
We offer a safe, confidential and supportive space for adults, teenagers and children to explore what may be impacting their emotional wellbeing. We offer online counselling and psychotherapy. Our work is grounded in professionalism, care and respect, and therapy is tailored to each individual’s needs and pace.
Everyone’s experience is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. At Tipperary Counselling Service, we take time to understand what is happening in your life and what you need support with right now.
We offer face-to-face counselling in a calm, confidential setting, and where appropriate, online sessions. Our therapists work in a grounded, practical way, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and supporting you at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
Since 2011, Tipperary Counselling Service has been supporting individuals and families across Tipperary. We work with people at different stages of life and offer both short-term and longer-term counselling, depending on what support is needed.
Our service is well established locally, and we receive referrals from a wide range of professionals and organisations.
